See the Fun of Tides and Ember at SuiteWorks Summer Event!
At SuiteWorks, we believe innovative ideas and good workers do not just happen in offices. They are forged in shared experiences in laughter under the sun, and in the moments of honest connection. That is why our SuiteWorks Summer Event 2025: Tides and Ember was special. We held it at Cebu Pacific Resort in Lapu-Lapu. It was more than just a break. It was a celebration for our hard work and team spirit.
The Tides: Relaxing by the Sea
Tides capture the essence of relaxation. The sound of waves, warm sun, and open beach helped our team relax. Whether it was through beach volleyball, a quick dip in the pool or lay in a chair and play a guitar to sing with a cold drink. Being outside lets everyone breathe, laugh, and connect. We connected with the tides and with each other.
Leaving the office helped us de-stress. It also gave the team new energy. It showed us that relaxing is not a luxury, but a necessity. It keeps us happy, ready, and at our best.

The Ember: Igniting Team Spirit
While Tides offered calm and integrity. Ember brought the fire! It showed our team’s excitement, teamwork, and passion. We played special team-building games. These games were tricky and planned. Group activities need communication, solving problems, and integrity. After each game, we talked about how we felt about the games. We linked it back to our company’s main values.
Jean Clarisse Dalu from the Support Team said, “Sharing ideas and working together during the strategy-based games was both challenging and fun. We had to think on our feet, communicate well, and trust each other, which made the experience even more rewarding. I also really enjoyed the presentations. Everyone’s creativity really shined, and it was great to see the support and encouragement from the whole group. It made the entire event feel meaningful and memorable.”
The Pink-a-boo team did not just win; they achieved a triumphant victory against the Kiat-Kiat, Goldilocks, Bluebayu, and UniRed teams! They truly showed everyone how a powerful mix of enthusiasm and smart strategy can lead to success. From their spirited cheers to their clever plays, Pink-a-boo proved they were a force to be reckoned with on the field. Ember emphasized that everyone plays a vital role. When we work together, with shared goals and help, we make something stronger.

As we return to our tables with sweaty feet and sun-kissed smiles. We carry with us a renewed sense of purpose and the lasting memory of a team that plays, laughs, and builds together.
