Behind The Curtains of the Alta Stage
Every successful event has its own journey, and it shows SuiteWorks persistence through challenging times. Arlene Ogong from the Admin department shared in an interview how they planned out the year-end party,
“This year’s SuiteWorks Year-End Party would not have been successful without the help and support of our leaders, employees, CEO, and my fellow culture committee members. We all worked hard to create a memorable and enjoyable YEP. From day one of the preparations until the event itself, the committee remained dedicated to delivering an unforgettable celebration this year.
It was heartwarming to see everyone come together, celebrate, and create lasting memories as a team. The preparation was like a rocky road, but we made sure all committee member’s suggestions were heard and that all decisions were voted on and approved by everyone.
Despite the challenges, our teamwork and dedication ensured we covered every detail to make the event special and enjoyable for everyone. Not every preparation is perfect. We faced challenges and moments of exhaustion, balancing the demands of organizing this big event with our daily tasks.
Despite this, we pushed through, and I want to express my heartfelt thanks to these leaders, Boss Stephen, Miss Fritche and Boss William, for their unwavering guidance and support from start to finish. Their encouragement kept us motivated and helped us turn our vision into reality. Of course, a special shoutout goes to my fellow culture committee members who made this Year-End Party possible. Your full efforts and commitment brought this event to life and made it truly memorable.”

Her heartfelt message goes to show how SuiteWorks is close to its employees and how every employee returns to the company by building its positive culture throughout 15 years of service. Not only that, but it also reflects the true sense of community.
Jeruie Pitogo from the Support Team even expressed his thoughts on this year’s party as one of the company’s Culture Committee (CC) members.
“This year’s YEP was indeed a memorable one. First, second and third year is indeed a journey to remember, because I know there’s a lot of surprises at SuiteWorks YEP, not only that it’s the most wonderful time of giving gifts, bonding with workmates and showcasing our talents.
It’s a great opportunity to be part of the CC team the second time around. I am thankful for my co-CC since they are always there supporting and guiding me. Our preparation is a hell of a roller coaster ride, but with camaraderie, persistence, hard work, dedication, time management, extreme efforts and patience we made it all still an exciting activity.
I can see from the smiles of every family (Vanderbilt, Astor, Forbes and Rockefeller) the excitement, thrill and most especially the undying efforts given for every presentation even in a shorter period in practice is still an amazing one. Most importantly we are happy as we feel the presence of Christmas.
Lastly, I am forever grateful to be part of this reputed company.”
