Alegría, Energía, FUEGO: SuiteWorks’ Fiery Summer Event!

Bienvenidos to the hottest event of the season! Turning up the heat with our fiery event. Fuego isn’t just about the fire, it’s about igniting the passion, drive and enthusiasm that fuels from within. T’was a blazing celebration of teamwork, passion and unstoppable energy at Chateau by the Sea.

Our HR Associate, Darylle Villar said, “One of the biggest challenges faced during the preparation for the summer outing was the uncertainty of whether the event would push through or not, along with the limited timeframe for preparation. However, through the teamwork, cooperation, and dedication of the committees involved, we were able to successfully make the event happen.”

Nothing says summer quite like a fun-filled outing with great company. However, organizing a successful event is never without its challenges but through determination and teamwork, the event became a fun, and meaningful experience for our Suite Family.

Turning Up the Spirit of Fuego!

Work hard, play harder. The perfect time to be able to breathe, unwind and reset. Embracing the warmth of summer and the calming fire that ignites. Laughter echoed through the air as our Suite Family bonded. This fiery summer event was a blazing, relaxing moment to take a pause and reset to ignite a fire that was once extinguished.

Michael Franco, Integration Specialist said, “My overall experience was very exciting! The venue was comfortable, and the summer heat brought out the best energy in everyone. The most memorable moment of the day was playing the Amazing Race because you could feel everyone’s excitement. The teamwork was burning, and the laughter and active spirit showed our determination to thrive together toward greater success.”

Keeping the Fire Burning: Más Que Compañeros

From spontaneous dance moments to team chants and victory celebrations, the enthusiasm of everyone involved transformed the day to become a feisty incredible celebration. We believe that strong teams are forged through meaningful connections, shared experiences, and a culture that celebrates collaboration.

Rommel Corrales, IT Specialist said, The event was a great reminder of how important it is to step away from the daily grind and connect as a team. Getting everyone out of the office and into a relaxed environment naturally breaks down barriers between departments.

Also, anticipating the team challenges/activities for these events allowed us to communicate, laugh, and rely on each other in a completely different setting. Those lighthearted moments build a genuine sense of trust that you just can’t replicate through email or meetings. Ultimately, building those connections outside the office brings us back as a much more cohesive and supportive team.”

A Summer Experience to Remember

The heart was found in joy and energy that filled every corner of the event. Throughout the day, our Suite Family were able to spark connection, shared stories and strengthened bonds.

A message from Francis Adolfo, a Jr. IT Specialist, “I was genuinely impressed with how well the event was organized. I enjoyed every activity and had a great experience from start to finish. Being new to the industry, it set a very high standard for what I expect from company events. As for suggestions, I don’t have any major improvements in mind—although adding a karaoke station could be a fun touch and a great way for everyone to showcase their singing talents.”

The event set an impressive benchmark for what a team celebration can be. It was a day filled with fun, laughter, meaningful connections, and unforgettable memories that will be talked about.
