‘Ba-dee-ya, say that you remember, SuiteWorks was built in September.’ It has been 5 years since SuiteWorks opened its door to innovation and product service. The mission has always been to provide clients with SRx software and applications with excellent user-experience that are driven by our company tagline ‘Guided by Innovation, Powered by our Customers’.

SuiteWorks can proudly prove that it never strayed from its mission and maintained the confidence in improving and expanding services with its customers. Passion leads SuiteWorks to strive, staying on top of trends and open to changes. Along the way, the company developed long-term relationships both with clients and employees. As this blog entry takes a trip down in SuiteWorks memory lane when it started back in 2019, when SuiteRx had become 100% fully owned, which led to the establishment of SuiteWorks.

Making SuiteWorks: A Look Back from the CEO

Dear Team,

As we approach the 5th anniversary of SuiteWorks, I wanted to take a moment to reflect on our journey, celebrate our achievements, and share our vision for the future.

A Journey of Resilience and Growth

In 2019, SuiteRx faced significant challenges. Ownership disputes and the loss of valuable team members left our future uncertain. However, in the face of adversity, we made a pivotal decision: to chart our own course, independent of external influences. This led to the birth of SuiteWorks OPC—a vision to keep a talented team together, free from constraints, and empowered to explore new horizons. I embarked on this path with little certainty but with a firm resolve to move forward. Together, we grew from a small, determined group to a team of over 60 strong, weathering even the storm of a global pandemic.

Achievements and Innovations

Over the past five years, our growth has been a testament to the power of collaboration and perseverance. We’ve expanded our infrastructure, enhanced our software, and broadened our services, all while maintaining our commitment to excellence. The upcoming release of the new SRxGateway, along with SRxLogistics and SRxAssist, marks the next phase of our journey—one where innovation and customer satisfaction remain at the forefront.

Honoring Our Legacy

This year, we experienced a profound loss with the passing of Salvdian Blanco. His contribution to our software and our community is immeasurable. His essence will forever be embedded in our SRx code, and we extend our deepest condolences to his family. His memory will continue to inspire us as we move forward.

Navigating Challenges

As with any journey, we’ve encountered our share of challenges. This year brought budgetary concerns that required us to take a hard look at our operations. While these issues stem from several factors, including management hurdles, we are realigning our budget to ensure a strong foundation for 2025. The transition from an OPC to an INC has been more complex than anticipated, but I am proud to say that we have successfully navigated this process. We are also strengthening our administrative team, with plans to bring payroll management in-house to ensure greater efficiency and oversight.

Looking Ahead

Our future is bright. We are currently exploring large-scale projects that will allow us to expand even further, bringing new opportunities for growth and innovation. Our commitment to transparency and integrity remains unwavering—they are the bedrock of our culture and the principles that guide our every action.

As we move forward, our investment in SRx will continue to fulfill the mission we set forth over fifteen years ago: to build a leading pharmacy management system that empowers our customers. We will enhance SRx, leverage our strengths, and develop new applications essential to our clients’ success.

After five years in this field, SuiteWorks is still full of energy to explore new avenues and for a brighter future. Reaching this milestone was never that easy, SuiteWorks will forever be appreciative of all of the years of service and values the commitment and loyalty of each and every employee. Without the Teams and Management, the business would not have been able to outgrow its growth over the years.
