Admin and Finance Team maintains the smooth running of the company. The Team ensures that everything runs on time and that everyone has the information and assistance they need to do their jobs. The Finance department is responsible for the financial health of the company. The Admin department is responsible for the hiring, training, and development of employees.
The Custom Design Team is responsible for the creation and modification of a variety of client forms, such as labels, med sheets, and other relevant documents. The team works closely with clients to develop customized designs that align with their specific requirements, ensuring a tailored and personalized outcome. Additionally, the team is responsible for effectively setting up printers and providing ongoing support to ensure smooth operations and troubleshooting any technical problems that may arise during the setup or ongoing usage. With expertise in both design and technical support, the Custom Design Team ensures a seamless experience for clients, from initial customization to ongoing functionality.
The Deployment team is tasked to update clients with our new releases. The SRx, Suiterx API and other mini apps are some of the softwares they update. The Team is in charge in rebuilding client databases, assist support with server migrations, and do the conversion of data from other systems for new clients. The Deployment Team is also in charge in maintaining the central server, and assure that all clients upload data to the central server to be used in sending data to 3rd party clients like MHA, and pillbox to name a few.
The Implementation Team’s goal is to assist pharmacies in transitioning to the SuiteRx platform and ensuring a smooth and efficient implementation process. They work closely with the pharmacy staff to gather requirements, configure the system to meet specific needs, and customize features as necessary. They also conduct comprehensive training sessions to familiarize pharmacy staff with the software’s functionality and ensure they can effectively utilize all its features. They collaborate closely with the pharmacy to ensure a seamless transition from their previous system to SuiteRx, minimizing disruptions to daily operations.
The Knowledge Management Team creates and manages a variety of marketing and communication initiatives. The Team produces Computer-based trainings, release notes, manuals, newsletters, email campaigns, graphics, videos, and marketing collaterals. The team is responsible for maintaining the SRxUniversity, company websites, and social media accounts.
The Quality Protectors. The Quality Assurance Team guarantees that the company’s products and services meet or exceed customer expectations. This includes developing and executing test plans, identifying and reporting bugs, and recommending corrective actions. They are responsible in protecting the quality of our products.
The Software Development Team actively engages in all the phases of the software development lifecycle to meet client needs and achieve business initiatives. The analyze, plan, and write code. Build and deploy software development tools. The Team coordinates with people and teams involved in the software development project, provide technical expertise, evaluate software programs, identify, and develop modifications and update systems. This team is responsible for improving and updating knowledge – collect relevant data, record issues and solutions, train and orient users
The force behind the operation. The Software Support Team provides assistance and solutions to the client’s concerns. The Team is responsible for receiving and processing customer requests—provide live chat, phone, and on-site support to customers. Investigates software problems, identify software bugs, prepare bug reports and submit fix requests to development team. Closely coordinate with business analysts, software developers and other subject matter experts in completing cases. The Team maintains a good relationship the with clients. Most importantly they communicate well and is expected to consistently provide high quality service.
Systems Integration Team bring together system components and subsystems into operational systems that will empower the company to provide the best integration and interoperability for its clients. The members, the Application Analysts are the liaison between software development, user support and client. The Application Analysts provide expertise in communicating and coordinating with parties involved in the software development life cycle, particularly those that are non-technical.
